Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FocusBlocks ("the App"), developed by Mehmet Heleteli ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

FocusBlocks is a productivity app designed to help you plan your day with time blocks and reminders. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

Subscriptions

• FocusBlocks offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features such as iCloud sync, custom notifications, recurring blocks, and analytics.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed via the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FocusBlocks are the intellectual property of the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within the App. The App stores your data locally on your device and, if you are a Pro subscriber, in your private iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or control your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or missed deadlines.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the App or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
